a. Purpose and scope of collection

The data collection mainly on the website https://flexbitautomation.com/ and https://flexbitautomation.com/ includes: name, email, phone, customer address,…. This is the information that we need customers to provide mandatory when registering to use the service and for us to contact to confirm when customers need support and advice on the website to ensure customers’ benefit.

Customers will be responsible for the security and storage of all service activities at customers’ email boxes. • In case the information server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of customer personal data, FlexBitAutomation will be responsible for notifying the incident to the investigating authorities for timely handling and we will also notify the customer.
• FlexBitAutomation requires customers when making a purchase to provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, identity card number, phone, …, and is responsible for the legality of the above information. FlexBitAutomation is not responsible for and will not settle all complaints related to the interests of that customer if it considers all the personal information of that customer provided during the initial registration to be incorrect.
