Article 1: Personal account information

• When registering for a FlexBitAutomation account, for quick support, you need to provide complete and accurate information: Full name, Email, Mobile.
• You need to log in to your personal email to confirm the information. We will email course activation, promotion notification, password change confirmation, etc. to your email address. Cases of missing or incorrect information will not be resolved when there are problems with the account.

Article 2: The confidentiality of information

• You are responsible for maintaining the password yourself, if the password is exposed in any way, FlexBitAutomation will not be responsible for any loss incurred.
• All of your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed. We do not sell or trade this information with any other third parties. However, in case the authorities request, FlexBitAutomation is required to provide this information in accordance with the law.
• You have lifetime ownership of your registered courses: unlimited number of sessions and duration of study.
• You are not allowed to download the video, not to share the video on the Internet in any way. If violated, your account will be locked and you will be responsible before the law for intellectual property infringement.
• FlexBitAutomation can send notifications of learning status, promotions (if any), announcements of new courses coming soon so that interested students can register immediately to receive incentives. If you do not want to receive emails, you can click the “Stop receiving emails” box at the bottom of the email.

Article 3: Course assessment and discussion

• Students participating in a course on FlexBitAutomation have the right to evaluate the quality of the course.
• During the learning process, students with any questions or suggestions can post comments on the Discussion section – right in the lesson interface to be answered by FlexBitAutomation experts and the Instructor.

Article 4: Strictly forbidden to use the our products with the following actions

• Use any tool or methodology to interfere with services and courses in the FlexBitAutomation system.
• Distributing or propagating to promote activities of spreading, interfering and destroying the content of lessons on FlexBitAutomation’s system to the outside. Any violation when detected will be deleted from the account and can be handled in accordance with the law on copyright infringement.
• Using the same account: with more than 2 people using the same account, when detected, the account will be deleted immediately.
• Insult, ridicule others in any form: denigrate, discriminate against religion, gender, ethnicity..
• Discuss political issues, religious discrimination, ethnic discrimination.
• Acts and attitudes that damage the reputation of products, services and courses in the FlexBitAutomation system in any form or method.
• Buy, sell, transfer accounts, courses of FlexBitAutomation.
• Impersonating FlexBitAutomation affects the reputation of FlexBitAutomation , causing confusion for students and partners in any way (using email address, website domain name, fanpage with the word FlexBitAutomation ..)
• When detecting the above behavior from your account, FlexBitAutomation has the right to revoke all related rights to the account (including account lockout) or use the information you provide when registering for an account. account to transfer to competent authorities for settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.
